RepScale is an AI-powered sales training platform that allows users to practice sales calls with AI prospects, receive feedback, and improve their sales skills. The Service includes:

• AI-powered voice conversations for sales practice
• Call scoring and feedback
• Sales script generation and management
• Team management and analytics (for organization accounts)
• Call recording and playback (when enabled)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google OAuth (Sign in with Google)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Payments

RepScale offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Prices may change with notice to subscribers

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious content or code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by RepScale and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (such as company profiles and custom scenarios). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, feedback, and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI feedback for critical business decisions.

8. Call Recordings

If you or your organization enables call recording:

• Recordings are stored securely and accessible only to authorized users
• Organization administrators may set recording policies for team members
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable recording laws
• Recordings may be deleted according to retention policies

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google (for OAuth authentication)
• Supabase (for authentication services)
• Stripe (for payment processing)
• ElevenLabs (for voice AI)
• OpenAI (for AI features)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPSCALE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepScale and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination
